1. Introduction

1.1 MetaSocket provides its Expert Advisor service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully. 1.3. MetaSocket IS MANAGED BY Ripples Ventures Inc, A TRADING COMPANY WITH LICENSE TO PROVIDE VARIOUS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. MetaSocket provides an Expert Advisor (EA) that enables developers to integrate MetaTrader's electronic trading platform into their applications for accessing financial markets and trading various assets like Forex, commodities, and stocks via Contract for Difference (CFD). The EA requires installation in a MetaTrader 5 terminal to programmatically send commands and receive replies or data streams.

2. Definitions

In these Terms of Service, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed below:

2.1. "Expert Advisor" or "EA" means the MetaSocket software that integrates with MetaTrader 5 to enable programmatic trading and data access;

2.2. "User" or "Developer" means any individual or entity who uses the MetaSocket Expert Advisor for integration purposes;

3. Service Description and Requirements

3.1. MetaSocket provides an Expert Advisor that must be installed in a MetaTrader 5 terminal to function properly.

3.2. You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid MetaTrader 5 installation and appropriate broker account before using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METASOCKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

7.3. MetaSocket does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without notice.

9.2. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service and may be required to uninstall the Expert Advisor.
